Audit Export Walkthrough

Here's exactly what happens when you generate an audit package in NovaFoundry — from selecting the period to downloading the final ZIP.

Step 1

Select Audit Period

Choose a date range — or use Quick Select for common periods like "Last Quarter." Nova automatically filters everything that happened during that window:

Document uploads

No manual filtering.

Step 2

Review Compliance Snapshot

Before exporting, you see a dashboard of everything in scope:

Active rules

Obligations completed vs overdue

Overrides with justification notes

Vendor document status

Everything timestamped. Everything attributable.

Step 3

Generate Audit Export

Click Generate Audit Package and Nova produces a single downloadable ZIP:
